Right now it holds one finished piece of work: a 3D printable rack designed to hold four DGX Spark units stacked together. The author includes a practical tip for anyone planning to print this: because the Sparks can reach surface temperatures around 60 degrees Celsius under sustained heavy use, and a common and cheap 3D printing material called PLA starts to soften at around 55 degrees Celsius, printing the rack in PLA risks it warping or drooping under real world heat. Instead, the author recommends printing in a material called PC, or PETG as a second choice if PC is not available, for anything except the bottom tray, which can safely be printed in PLA since it experiences less heat. The project includes photos and renders showing what the finished rack looks like once assembled, a real photo of an assembled rack holding devices, and a thermal image showing heat distribution across the setup. This is a hardware oriented project meant for people who already own DGX Spark hardware and have access to a 3D printer capable of printing in PC or PETG.
