This repository is a small set of ready made Claude Skills built for the recurring writing work of running a company, such as board updates, decision memos, meeting debriefs, and weekly briefs. It is aimed squarely at non technical readers and explains, from scratch, what a GitHub repository even is before getting into the skills themselves. A Claude Skill is a saved set of instructions that teaches Claude how to handle one specific task well, so you do not have to re explain your format, tone, and requirements every time you ask for something. Each skill here is a single file called SKILL.md that tells Claude what the task is, what information to ask for if you have not given enough, what format the output should follow, rules for tone so it sounds like you rather than generic AI writing, and a worked example to follow. The repository includes six skills: one for turning metrics and notes into a board or investor update, one for pressure testing and explaining a decision, one for turning a meeting transcript or messy notes into decisions and owners and a follow up message, one for turning a week of updates into a single leadership brief, one that interviews you question by question to find weak spots in a plan, and one that reads your Gmail to produce a weekly brief of missed opportunities and unanswered messages, which only works if Gmail is connected in your Claude.ai account. To use the skills, non technical readers download the repository as a ZIP file from GitHub, unzip it, and upload each SKILL.md file into Claude.ai under its skills settings. Technical teammates using Claude Code can instead copy the skills folder into a project or their personal Claude Code skills folder. Every skill can be edited directly, since each one is just a plain text file with a voice rules section and an output format section that can be changed to match your own style.
