This is a skill (a plugin) for Claude Code, Anthropic's AI coding tool, that helps you tailor your resume to specific job openings. Rather than just swapping keywords, it goes through a structured process: it researches the company culture and role requirements, reviews your existing resume library, and then conducts a conversational interview with you to surface experiences you may not have thought to include, such as side projects or volunteer work. The skill produces multiple output formats, a markdown version, a Word document, a PDF, and an interview prep report, so you can immediately use what it generates. It also keeps a growing library of your resumes, learning which approaches worked well and reusing them for future applications. A newer batch mode lets you process three to five similar jobs at once. Instead of asking about your background separately for each application, it runs a single discovery session covering gaps across all the roles and then tailors each resume individually, saving roughly 11 to 27 percent of the time compared to doing them one by one. Throughout the process there are explicit checkpoints where you review and approve before it moves forward, and the tool commits to never fabricating experience, only reframing and emphasizing what is genuinely there.
