This repository is a Claude Code skill that helps a founder or small business owner find plausible first customers for a new product. You give it a startup URL or a short description of what the product does, and it researches public sources such as forums, reviews, and company pages to find people or companies who seem to have the problem the product solves. It then produces a short list of prospects backed by that public evidence, along with a standalone HTML report you can open and read. The skill only drafts outreach messages if asked. It never sends anything automatically on its own, so there is no risk of it contacting anyone without the user's involvement. The repository is explicit that it is a port, not an original creation. The actual research workflow, scoring system, and report generator were built by a different developer, Francesco Mistero, for a similar tool made for OpenAI's Codex. This version only changes a handful of text references so the same skill works inside Claude Code instead, and the author is careful to credit the original creator throughout the README rather than claim the work as their own. To use it, you copy the skill folder into your Claude Code skills directory, and Claude Code picks it up automatically. You can then ask Claude, in plain language, to run the skill against a product URL, choosing from modes like quick, standard, deep, or ones aimed at business customers or community outreach, each returning a different number of prospects. It is released under the MIT license, so it is free to use and modify. This tool suits founders, indie hackers, or small teams already using Claude Code who want a faster, evidence based starting point for early customer outreach instead of guessing who to contact first.
