This repository is a curated reference list of over 445 free design resources, organized into 30 categories across 7 topic groups. The author built it as a personal running list and published it publicly so others can find useful, no-cost tools for visual and product design work. The categories span a wide range of design needs. On the graphics and assets side, there are sections for free fonts, icon sets, illustration libraries, 3D assets, background patterns and textures, SVG generators, and product mockups. The media section covers free stock photos, stock video footage, sound and audio files, and animation libraries. There is also a section for color tools, gradient generators, and typography utilities. For interface and web design work, the list includes free UI kits and Figma design files, references to publicly available design systems from major companies, and browser-based generators for CSS styling and UI components. A tools section covers prototyping software, wireframing tools, AI-assisted design tools, logo builders, image compression tools, and accessibility checkers. Smaller sections list resources for email design and presentation templates. The final group is focused on learning and inspiration, with links to design galleries, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and YouTube channels. The list is available both as the Markdown README and as a CSV file that can be imported into Notion or a spreadsheet. No code, application, or developer tooling is included in the repository.
