Photography Mode settings have heavy GPU requirements and can hurt gameplay performance.
Fortnite Cinematic Enabler is a Windows utility that unlocks hidden graphics quality settings inside Fortnite by editing the game's configuration file. Fortnite stores its graphics preferences in a file called GameUserSettings.ini, and this tool finds and modifies that file to activate cinematic-grade visuals not exposed through the in-game settings menu. The tool offers two presets. The Default preset applies values that improve lighting, reflections, shadows, foliage, shading, and landscape quality while keeping the game playable during normal matches. The Photography Mode preset maxes every quality setting to its highest value, intended only for screenshots or cinematic captures, it can cause severe performance drops, graphical glitches, and visual bugs during normal gameplay. Before applying any changes, the tool creates a timestamped backup of your settings file stored next to the original, so you can roll back with one click via the Undo from backup button. You can also set the file to read-only after applying, which prevents Fortnite from overwriting your changes on next launch. A warning appears if Fortnite is detected as already running, and a manual file picker handles non-standard installation paths. The README notes that these settings have immense GPU requirements, and recommends using an upscaling method such as DLSS, TSR, or XeSS unless your GPU is extremely powerful. Built in C#, it runs as a fixed-size Windows desktop application. Use it if you want higher-quality visuals in Fortnite for screenshots or video captures, or to push the game's graphics beyond what the standard in-game options expose.
