This repository contains a Skill for Claude Code, the AI coding assistant. A Skill is a small configuration file (SKILL.md) that you drop into a specific folder on your computer. Once installed, it changes how Claude responds to a particular category of question by loading a predefined set of instructions and reasoning patterns before answering. This specific Skill is about public relations judgment. It is based on the professional thinking of a Chinese PR practitioner who writes under the name Chuwu (literally meaning the fifth day of the first lunar month). The skill was distilled from nearly a hundred original articles about PR methods. When you ask Claude a question related to brand crisis management, media relations, competitor analysis, reputation management, or communications strategy, the Skill instructs Claude to apply Chuwu's reasoning framework: look at the substance of the situation first, rank priorities, reach a direct conclusion, and flag when something is speculation rather than fact. The stated philosophy is that being trusted matters more than being liked, that long-term reputation outweighs short-term perception, and that professional ethics should hold even under pressure. The Skill is described as a judgment foundation, not an information retrieval tool. Installing it requires downloading the repository, renaming the folder to chuwu-pr-judgment, and placing it in the skills directory for Claude Code (either user-level at ~/.claude/skills/ for global use, or inside a specific project folder for project-only use). The file that matters is SKILL.md at the top level of the folder. There is no executable code involved. The README and the Skill itself are written entirely in Chinese. It is licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0, meaning you can use and adapt it freely for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
