Dixhitale is a set of AI assistant plugins designed to help small businesses in Kosovo handle their back-office paperwork. Think of it as a collection of specialized tools that help business owners generate the documents they need, like contracts, invoices, tax prep worksheets, and compliance checklists, without starting from scratch each time. It covers five specific business types: IT freelancers, law firms, restaurants, financial firms, and any business with employees. The project works as a plugin marketplace, meaning each business installs only the tools relevant to them. An IT freelancer gets plugins for writing project proposals, generating Kosovo-compliant invoices, and figuring out VAT. A restaurant owner gets tools for menu costing, food safety compliance, and fiscal receipt rules. A law firm gets help with engagement letters, court deadline calculators, and client billing. Each plugin generates drafts and runs calculations grounded in Kosovo's specific regulations, tax rates, legal codes, and agency requirements that generic AI tools usually get wrong or don't know about. This is meant for Kosovo small business owners and diaspora consultants who need documents that actually fit local rules, the €30k VAT threshold, the 9% flat tax option, ATK filing requirements, OAK legal tariff rates, and so on. Someone running a café in Prishtina could use it to prep for a food safety inspection, while an IT consultant could use it to pitch international clients and invoice them correctly in euros or dollars. Importantly, this is still a planning-stage project. The skill prompts are early drafts flagged with "verify before relying" warnings, and the builder recommends having local accountants and lawyers review everything before actual use. Each plugin also funnels toward its creator, 38Shift, for when businesses want the underlying systems, automated billing, payroll software, dashboards, actually built out.
