This is a capstone data analytics project, a fully interactive business intelligence dashboard built with Microsoft Power BI that analyzes logistics and transportation operations. Think of it as a visual control panel for a freight and trucking business, turning raw operational data into charts, tables, and summaries that managers and executives can explore. The dashboard is divided into four pages. The first is an executive overview showing total revenue of $298.62M, revenue trends over time, which customers generate the most income, and which destination cities are most profitable. The second page focuses on the vehicle fleet, tracking fuel costs, average miles per gallon, maintenance costs by truck make and model year, and how heavily each vehicle is being used. The third page evaluates driver performance, including on time delivery rates, incident counts, which drivers earn the most revenue, and how delivery timeliness relates to cargo damage claims. The fourth page covers the logistics network itself, showing average detention times, meaning how long trucks wait at facilities, profit margins per route, and a drill down tool that lets you explore results by driver, destination city, and facility. The whole report is a single Power BI file with a .pbix extension. Data transformation was done using Power Query, and calculated metrics were written in DAX, short for Data Analysis Expressions, which is Power BI's formula language for creating custom measures and aggregations. To open it you need Power BI Desktop installed on your computer. This is an academic capstone project created by Mamah Celestina Nkechi, and the README states it is for academic purposes with all rights reserved by the author.
