This repository is a bundle of 12 Claude Code skills that teach Claude how to do small business consulting for Thai SMEs. The README is written mostly in Thai. The author argues that the typical Claude default is to answer with Silicon Valley style frameworks, Statista global numbers, and US tax rules, which do not fit a Thai owner doing 5 to 50 million baht a year on Shopee, Lazada, LINE OA, or TikTok Shop. Each skill replaces one of those generic answers with a Thai specific version. Installation goes through the Claude Code plugin marketplace. The user runs the slash command to add Boom-Vitt/claude-thai-business-skills as a marketplace, then installs either the full pack or a single skill such as thai-pricing-strategy. An alternative path is to clone the repository and run install.sh, or just copy a skill folder into ~/.claude/skills. After a session restart, Claude picks up the right skill automatically based on what the user is asking, since the descriptions are written in Thai. The 12 skills are grouped into four areas. Strategy and market analysis covers thai-sme-canvas for a family business friendly Business Model Canvas, thai-market-sizing for TAM, SAM, and SOM using Thai sources like NSO, BOT, DBD, ETDA, and NESDC, and thai-competitor-scan for a Porter Five Forces that pulls real competitor financials from datawarehouse.dbd.go.th. Pricing and finance covers thai-pricing-strategy with a waterfall calculator that subtracts Shopee Mall, Lazada Mall, TikTok Shop, payment gateway, packaging, and freight before margin, plus thai-unit-economics with 2026 Thai CPM and KOL benchmarks, and thai-financial-projection with the staged SME corporate tax of 0 percent, 15 percent, and 20 percent. Registration and funding covers thai-business-registration as a decision tree between sole proprietor, partnership, registered company, and BOI, and thai-vc-fundraising with stage, check size, and 2026 thesis notes for 500 Global, AddVentures, Beacon VC, Krungsri Finnovate, SCB10X, KX, Bualuang Ventures, and InnoSpace. Go to market covers thai-channel-strategy as a channel mix matrix, thai-influencer-deal with withholding tax rules at 3, 5, or 15 percent and a commission calculator, and thai-sourcing-landed-cost for 1688 or Alibaba imports with HS code duty lookup, VAT on CIF, and FDA or TISI flags. Cash survival is one skill, thai-cashflow-survival, a 90 day calendar that locks PND.1 on day 7, SSO on day 15, the tax forms 50 and 51, plus 30, 60, or 90 day credit terms and a 3 to 6 month VAT refund delay.
