One Dark Syntax is a color theme for the Atom text editor. It controls how your code looks on the screen, the specific colors used for things like keywords, strings, comments, and variables, so that different parts of your code are visually distinct and easier to read at a glance. This comes pre-installed with Atom, so anyone using that editor already has it. You turn it on by going to the editor's settings, finding the Themes section, and picking it from the syntax theme options. You'd use this if you spend significant time writing code and want a comfortable, readable color scheme that reduces eye strain compared to a bright white background. One thing worth noting is that this theme has been folded into the main Atom repository. It's no longer developed as a standalone project, any changes or bug reports now go through the core Atom project rather than here.
