Asha Scanner is a native Android app that helps you find the fastest and most reliable clean Cloudflare IP addresses, aimed at people on restricted networks who need low-latency edges for proxy setups like VLESS and Trojan. The app is built specifically for Android rather than as a web tool, so it runs directly on the phone. It offers several ways to scan for IPs. A quick scan instantly tests random Cloudflare IP ranges, while a custom scan lets you fine-tune the number of IPs tested, how many workers run in parallel, the timeout, and specific CIDR blocks to target. You can also import your own list of IPs from a file or pasted text to check their stability, and there is a point-of-presence discovery mode that shows which Cloudflare data centers, called Colos, are reachable from your current network. Beyond finding candidate IPs, the app measures real download throughput through the proxy configurations you provide, rather than just checking whether an IP responds. If standard Cloudflare IP ranges are blocked on a given network, a fallback system tries to resolve working IPs by looking at other Cloudflare-fronted sites. The app checks for and notifies you about new versions on GitHub automatically, and the interface is fully available in both English and Persian. Visually, the app uses a retro cyberpunk terminal style, with a real-time radar sweep animation and live signal monitoring rather than a plain list of numbers. Under the hood it is written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose for the UI, Canvas API and Lottie for the animations, and follows the MVVM architecture pattern. Builds and releases are automated through GitHub Actions. To install, you download the APK directly from the project's GitHub Releases page and install it on an Android device running Android 7.0 or newer, it is not distributed through the Play Store. The developers also run a Telegram channel for updates and support.
