Prospector de Sites is a plugin for Claude Cowork that runs a full cycle for finding, redesigning, and selling websites to small local businesses, with a built in CRM. The idea is aimed at freelancers or agencies in Brazil who want to find business owners with a weak website and offer to rebuild it for them, all for free with no monthly fee since it runs on your own computer. The plugin is organized around a set of commands. Setup configures your folder, signature, and target business niches once. From there, one command scans Google Maps for businesses rated 4.7 or higher that have a weak website and a public email address, saving them to a Google Sheets list and the CRM. Another command rebuilds the business's page with a nicer look using their real photos, logo, and content, plus a visual editor and a before and after comparison. A publishing command puts the new page live on HostGator hosting without needing cPanel, and generates a cover page for the proposal with HTTPS checked. Other commands send a proposal email, read your Gmail to move a lead's card automatically when they reply, send a single polite follow up after three days of silence, and generate a printable contract once a deal closes. The included CRM is a local dashboard with a drag and drop kanban board, a sales funnel, client and site records, the before and after comparator, follow ups, contracts, and a financial panel showing money received, money owed, monthly recurring revenue, and a twelve month projection. It stores everything in a SQLite database inside your own folder and is started with a double click script on Windows or Mac. Installing it requires Claude Cowork, the Claude in Chrome extension, Gmail and Google Drive connectors, a HostGator hosting plan, and Python for the dashboard and publisher.
