WorkBuddyGuide is a community written handbook for a product called WorkBuddy, an AI work assistant. Rather than repeating the official feature documentation, this guide is organized around real tasks: installing WorkBuddy, completing a first task, then moving into mobile work, knowledge management, professional diagnosis, content automation, and finally coordinating a team of multiple AI agents. The stated goal is to help a single successful use of the tool grow into a repeatable system a whole team can rely on. The content is split into four parts. The first is a user manual covering download, installation, the interface, the first task, skills, connectors, the API, and automation. The second is a set of case studies across office work, files, remote work, news, knowledge, meetings, investing, video, and content creation. The third covers more advanced topics such as building custom skills and designing multi agent systems. The fourth looks at how different job roles and industries can use the tool, plus an appendix of ready made prompt templates. The guide is written primarily in Chinese, with an English README also provided. It is best read on its companion website, which offers full text search, a sidebar, dark mode, and flow diagrams, though the GitHub repository itself is meant for understanding the project and contributing. The project also invites readers to submit their own real WorkBuddy use cases through a questionnaire, and representative ones are turned into open case studies with the skills used, setup steps, and results, published to a community case collection. Technically the site is built with VitePress and deployed automatically to Cloudflare Pages whenever the main branch changes. Running it locally needs Node.js version 20 to 24.
